Creative Cultures: MailChimp Grants Employees "Permission To Be Creative" | Fast Company
This article on MailChimp (a service I happen to use, as of this writing) on creating a culture that gives everyone "Permission To Be Creative" certainly resonated with me.
I happen to call it a License2Innovate - and give out Licenses at the innovation workshops I run, which makes it a physical manifestation rather than just a concept.
Either way, it clearly works in the case of MailChimp. Why shouldn't it work for your company?
