AIIM lost two key executives this week when Carl Frappaolo, former VP of Market Intelligence, and Dan Keldsen, former director of market intelligence, both left the organization to form their own consulting firm called Information Architected, Inc. The new company looks at the intelligent use of content, knowledge and business processes.
